complaints@monthio.com. We aim to handle your complaint as soon as possible and in no more than 14 days.
If your complaint to us does not lead to a satisfactory outcome for you, you also have the option to complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. Send the complaint through
